I called Carolyn Shipp for help to sell a property in Palo Pinto that my brother had purchased before his death. The first time I spoke with Ms. Shipp I had so many questions and she patiently answered all of them.
I had spoken with other real estate persons but none made me feel as well cared for as Ms. Shipp.
Ms. Shipp went to the property in this Texas heat we have been having so she would be more
familiar with the property.
After she put the information on the property out for the sale, it was only 35 days till it was sold.
Since I had some difficulties going to Palo Pinto, Ms. Shipp took care of all paperwork so no traveling was required.
Our whole family was so happy we had Ms. Shipp to help us through this sale with no complications and would certainly call on her again.

Carolyn came highly recommended (having sold two properties for my sister) when I faced selling the old homestead in Texas as an out-of-state resident. Still, I was amazed at how stress-free the sale turned out to be, each step of the way. Carolyn was experienced, professional and client-focused (very pro-active). She utilized an extensive network of contacts including other realtors, contractors, utility personnel, surveyors, and yard maintenance crews, besides drawing from her superior knowledge of the area to meet the preparation needs for the property sale. For example, she researched, checked the cost with me, and then arranged brush disposal and yard care. And then, she met the workers in the 107+ degree heat at Possum Kingdom Lake (more than once). Carolyn, in addition, was an excellent communicator, who was extremely responsive to inquiries and who updated me on the status of the property regularly. She anticipated many of my concerns and questions beforehand, and she readily explained answers or offered options. I elected to close on the property via FedEx, nonetheless, versus eight hours of travel. It was quick and easy. To our delight, the property sale price surpassed my family’s expectations. Finally, Carolyn’s consistently pleasant demeanor, and helpfulness beyond the norm, endear her clients to her. She truly enjoys helping people. Carolyn’s position as a real estate agent is not a job, but a calling. It was such a pleasure to work with this lady!

We moved to Mineral Wells from Breckenridge and purchased our second home with Carolyn’s help. She worked with us from Aug-Oct 2021. When we first meet her, she gave us a calendar of the month’s events that were going on around Mineral Wells. We saw what felt like 20 houses in the 3 months we searched for a house, and it felt like everything we liked and were ready to put a bid in on, was swept up before we had the chance. Since we lived out of town, Carolyn would FaceTime us on some walkthroughs she would go in for us.
