"We had sold our home in Keller Texas and began looking for property in the Granbury/Weatherford/Mineral

Wells area of Texas. We were uncertain if we wanted to build or find a converted barn or metal building to finish out for our new home.

We contacted Carolyn and she began showing us properties. She was extremely accommodating; she showed us multiple possibilities when we were unsure what we wanted. We would locate a property and call her to see if she could show it to us. She always without fail returned our calls promptly and showed us the

properties.

After about a month, we narrowed our search to finished out homes with acreage. She located and showed

"I first became acquainted with Carolyn Shipp when she was the real estate agent showing a house I was interested in. Following what turned out to be a very smooth process, I was moving into my new home. It was apparent at that time that Carolyn knew the real estate business.
