Carolyn Shipp is a Broker-Associate with Source 1 Real Estate serving Mineral Wells and surrounding North Texas communities. With more than 30 years of real estate experience, she brings extensive knowledge of residential, land, estate, and investment property transactions.

Her real estate background goes well beyond buying and selling homes. Carolyn began her career with a title company and a real estate attorney, gaining valuable experience in title work, contracts, and closings. She later earned her broker licenses in both Texas and Florida and is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program.

Today, Carolyn combines that experience with a strong understanding of the Mineral Wells area and the people who call it home. She works with first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, families handling estate property, investors, and clients preparing for their next stage of life.
