We have a lot of great things happening in Mineral Wells for the month of October! Our biggest event will be the Crazy Water Festival during the weekend of October 8th and 9th. You don’t want to miss it as we have a concert to start it off on the 8th and then vendors, food, art, a children’s play area and so much more for Saturday, October 9th.

Ghost Walk at The Baker Hotel and Spa – Take a one hour tour through downtown Mineral Wells, Texas. You can call Angela for details at 817-629-8127. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth outside of the Baker. Adults: $20 Children: $10 Begins at 8:00 p.m.
Night Sounds at the Lake Mineral Wells State Park and Trailway – Bring your lawn chair and listen to the night sounds of the park. Whooo knows what you will hear! Begins at 7:30 at the Lone Star Amphitheater. Location: 100 Park Road 71, Mineral Wells, Texas

Texas Scaregrounds at Fort Wolters – If you like haunted houses and strange oddities, this is the place for you. Open every weekend in October and, of course, on Halloween from 7:00 p.m. until midnight. If you bring a canned food item, you will get $1 off of your ticket price up to $5. Cheese and Whine – Mineral Wells Women’s Emotional Support and Empowerment event. BYOB. Snacks and refreshments. Location: The Sill, 402 S. Oak Ave., Mineral Wells, Texas
Bingo – American Legion Post 75 starting at 6:00 p.m. Baked potatoes with all of the fixings. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and cards will be sold at 5:00 p.m. Location: 75 American Legion Dr., Mineral Wells, Texas

MoSa Clothing and Home Goods Boutique – MoSa will be having their open house at their new location Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Welcome them to their new home at the Crazy Water Hotel. Location: 401 N. Oak Ave., Mineral Wells, Texas
October 8
Crazy Water Festival Concert with Kevin Fowler and Market Powell. This is an evening of Texas country music from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and there will be food trucks on the grounds for refreshments. Crazy Car Cruz – All cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome. The cars lineup at 5:30 p.m. and the car cruz begins at 6:00 p.m. Old and new cars as well as rat rods, t-buckets and more. Come out and watch them as they drive by. Cruz starts at the West City Park Veterans Legion.
October 9
Crazy Water Festival – This is, by far, our largest event of the year in Mineral Wells. It’s an all day long event with gates opening about 9:00 a.m. There are activities for everyone here. Live music during the day, food vendors, artists, home made goods and so much more. Don’t forget to stop in at the Crazy Beer Garden and try out beer made with our famous Crazy Water. If you have kids, they will love the children’s play area. It’s a large attraction, so be ready to walk.
Crazy Car Show – Many of the cars that will be in the Crazy Car Cruz will be on display during the Crazy Water Festival. Come on out and take a look inside the cars and under the hood. Be there at 1:30 p.m. to see who wins 1st and 2nd prizes.
Crazy Crawl 2021 – After the festival, join everyone downtown to sample food, drinks and vendors from different Mineral Wells venues. Beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 9:00 p.m. Location: 209 NW 6th St., Mineral Wells, Texas

Crazy Cornhole Tournament – This is a benefit for the Mineral Wells Youth Sports Association. Come out and help raise funds for our Mineral Wells youth! Be there at 2:00 p.m. Location: Crazy Water Hotel, 401 N. Oak Ave., Mineral Wells, Texas
